This report has been specifically designed by SAVA for buyers. The SAVA HCS is a separate scheme in its own right and is available exclusively only through accredited SAVA & NHER qualified Inspectors such as us. This NEW report has been piloted during the Nov08-Apr-09 and has been so well received it is now being rolled out as a benefit for those that want a separate accredited condition survey. 

4)    Commercial Energy Performance Certificate

As soon as the building is offered for sale or rent the seller or landlord must make an EPC and recommendation report available to prospective buyers or tenants. The EPC may be for the whole building or individual units and completion of contract should not happen without it.
